Return Policy
 

    Received damaged merchandise?

If your shipment is damaged, indicate it when you sign for the shipment and contact Universal Appliance Parts Inc. immediately. 

Damaged or short shipments received through UPS must be reported the SAME DAY or no credit can be given.

    Received defective merchandise?

As a part of Universal Appliance Parts Inc. 's  customer service we will assist in facilitating  exchanges of defective merchandise, however ALL defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer, not by Pro Supply Co. Returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Shipping charges on defective merchandise are not paid through Pro Supply Co.

 

    Not satisfied with your purchase?

 

Simply notify us within 10 days from the date your  non-special order item(s) were delivered and we will gladly issue a refund less shipping & 20% restock charge.  Certain special order items & electrical parts are not returnable.  To verify that your product is returnable please contact us prior to placing your order.  Upon notifying us of your return you will be issued a RMA #(return merchandise authorization number).  No returns will be credited without an RMA #.  Returned products must be in original condition including original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer.  Please insure all packages you plan on returning as well as ship goods with a traceable method.  We are not responsible lost or damaged merchandise. 

 

 

  

    Received the wrong product?

 

If you received the wrong part after giving us ample and accurate information we will be responsible for the return freight charge, reshipping charge and the 20% restocking charge is waved.
